Director – Client Services
As the Director of Client Services, Michele works to ensure that RFA’s clients are receiving excellent service. By acting as the liaison between clients and other department heads, Michele is able to keep a pulse on client expectations and work with her team to make sure that those expectations are being met or exceeded.
During her five years with RFA as a Client Service Representative, Michele handled clients’ day-to-day needs. And with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michele is well equipped to handle any client service needs that may arise.
Prior to joining Reilly Financial Advisors, Michele worked for a large alternative investment manager as a Client Service Supervisor, overseeing the service needs of 10,000 clients throughout the United States.
Michele currently holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and Registered Representative Magazine previously recognized Michele as one of the Top 5 Customer Service Specialists in the United States.
Growing up in a military family has given Michele a heart for our military community, and she loves serving in her military ministry at church. In her free time, Michele enjoys a good bottle of wine, online shopping, and spending time with her family.

I truly enjoy speaking with our clients on a personal level every day. I love hearing about what’s going on in their lives. It is important to me to try to make a difference in the lives of others, even if just sharing a smile or offering a kind word.
