Administrative Services Manager
As Reilly Financial Advisors’ Administrative Services Manager, Shanda is the first person clients meet or speak with when contacting the San Diego office, and she has been the voice of Reilly Financial Advisors for more than 12 years. Shanda is responsible for administrative and office support activities as well as interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors.
Shanda has more than 10 years of administrative support experience. Prior to joining Reilly Financial Advisors, she served as a Customer Service Representative at LPL Financial Services, where she specialized in legal transfers, corporate actions, and research, assisting more than 2,000 independent registered representatives.
Shanda earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Indiana University.
In her leisure time, Shanda enjoys making the most of California’s beautiful weather. Some of her favorites activities include going to the beach, sailing, visiting parks and museums, going wine tasting, and taking road trips up the coast.
Why I Do What I Do:
I enjoy having the opportunity to speak to clients on a daily basis, whether by phone when they call into our office or having the pleasure to greet and meet them in person when they come to visit our office.
Each workday is different, depending on the individual client calls or visitors that come in, and I like being able to interact with each client and help them to find the RFA team member who can best assist them. I hope that when I answer their call or greet them in person, I make them feel welcomed and appreciated as an RFA client.
